Text Box: News at A c t i v e December 2007 Activeclean Ltd has completed its repositioning, with the rebranding to Active Property Services, as is now shown throughout the website, and this change will be communicated further by means of our New Year marketing campaign. Testing of TES drying system starts with a barn conversion in Norfolk, the results are good and further tests are planned for the new year, before we purchase our first full unit, and therefore allowing us to move further into this demanding market place. October 2007 We sign the lease on our new office and warehouse facility, allowing for further expansion in our flood recovery operations, this has led to an organic growth in the reinstatement and refurbishment side of the business. Our new Direct Air Dryers arrive adding to the tools available to provide professional and confident flood restoration services. September 2007 ‘Design and Develop’ an exciting expansion working with development clients, in property identification, market appraisal and then a high class refurbishment, to achieve best market value in a changing market place.
