Text Box: Cladding Cleaning A distribution centre operating 24/7 had a requirement to have their cladding cleaned. The building hadn’t been cleaned for approximately 7 years, and the cladding had signs of oxidization, due to UV. Therefore working with our client we agreed a benchmark to be achieved, so that Landlord would sign off, on a forthcoming property inspection.
